Time off from work is essential in maintaining a healthy balance between work and time outside of work.  We offer generous time off from work including sick, vacation, and personal time.   Furthermore, ESC is closed for the following holidays:  New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

We provide life & AD& D insurance to FT employees as well as Long Term Disability Insurance.  ESC offers optional Short Term Disability to FT employees.

Employee Health Nurse & Wellness Program

ESC offers employees an opportunity to voluntarily participate in a yearly health screening.  In addition, we offer an on-site Health Nurse that can provide you with health resources and advice.
